Color Picker in Windows 11

Here's how to access the color picker in Windows 11.

Install PowerToys

The tool isn't built in. But it can be had by installing a small collection of utilities, called PowerToys.

Open the terminal by going to the Start menu and typing cmd.

In the terminal, type the install command to install via the Windows Store (yay!):

winget install Microsoft.PowerToys --source winget

Open the Color Picker

Then to open the color picker anywhere on your desktop, press:

win+shift+c

No hex is safe from you now!
